We offer help and advice to people with financial difficulties. This is a free, independent and non-judgemental service, providing advice, advocacy and support to people experiencing or at risk of financial difficulty.
Our experienced counsellor can:
- Provide you with information about your rights and options when in debt
- Provide you with information and options about bankruptcy
- Help to set up payment arrangements e.g. for utility bills, personal loans, credit cards, debt collection agents
- Talk with creditors
- Help to organise referrals to other supports and services, if needed
Location
Our staff are located at our Sunbury office and support people in the Hume and Merri-bek council areas.
