SMART Recovery is a group program for people experiencing addictive behaviours, guided by a trained facilitator, where participants help themselves and each other to champion their own behaviour change around alcohol and other drug use, gambling or any behaviour of concern.

Who is it for?
Anyone experiencing any addictive behaviour
