Young people aged 12 – 24 years, living in Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges, who are experiencing or who are at risk of experiencing mental health issues such as:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Early psychosis
- Eating disorders
- Personality disordered behaviours
- Deliberate self-harm
- Thoughts of suicide
