Seeking Service Providers
Are you a registered sole trader who enjoys providing general indoor and outdoor home maintenance services in your local area?
We are looking for more service providers to support our Commonwealth Home Support Program participants in Seymour, Avenel and Nagambie.
The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) is a program of the Australian Government that provides funding for eligible older people to live safely at home.
We are looking for an all-round handyperson who can provide gutter cleaning, simple garden maintenance (e.g. pruning and mowing), and minor home repairs (e.g. tap washers, cupboard doors, light globe changes).
All service providers contracted by Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health are required to provide documentation to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act 1997. This includes:
- Police check for yourself and anyone providing services on behalf of your business
- Public liability insurance certificate
- Working with Children’s Check
- Any relevant qualifications or registrations
