Jeremy Hearne

Chief Partnerships Officer

Jeremy has over 25 years of human services experience across a variety of sectors including community health, community development, family support and counselling, housing, juvenile justice and men’s health.  His work focus has included gender equity, race based discrimination, community mobilisation and leadership, fatherhood, and community co-design.  His work roles have spanned facilitation, project management, senior management and consultancy with his Social Work Honors thesis having a focus on working class men and their experiences of fatherhood.  Currently the Chief Partnerships Officer at Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health which includes responsibility for community mental health, integrated family services and housing and primary prevention programs, Jeremy has over 16 years’ experience in the community health sector having worked previously at Plenty Valley Community Health and cohealth.
