About Us
From 1 January 2026, Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health and Nexus Primary Health will merge to form Omnia Community Health – a unified, not-for-profit organisation delivering inclusive, person-centred care across the Hume, Macedon Ranges, Mitchell, Murrindindi and Strathbogie regions.
We are seeking a proactive People and Culture Business Partner to join our People and Culture team and help build a strong, values-driven workplace during this exciting transformation.
About the Role
As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with our leaders and staff to provide expert human resources advice and drive initiatives that support staff wellbeing, organisational culture, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering human resources (HR) and industrial relations advice on recruitment, performance, and change processes
- Championing culture, wellbeing, and reward and recognition programs
- Supporting payroll, return-to-work programs, and human resources information system implementation
- Contributing to policy development, audits, and continuous improvement
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- HR expertise with strong knowledge of employment law and enterprise agreements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent experience
