Sunbury Village is a commitment of services to work together to support families and children in Sunbury experiencing difficult life circumstances.  The aim of the group of services is to avoid, where possible, the response of reporting concerns to child protection.

We will work with families to scaffold supports to respond to issues or concerns, build capacity and resilience so that families will have the tools they need to thrive within the community independent of services.  We will provide safe and welcoming spaces and be guided by the family to meet their needs in flexible ways.

Our Vision

To build a unified Sunbury Village where earlier, family-led support fosters a vibrant and connected community for all.

Our Strategic Objectives

  1. Human Interaction
Build strong and respectful partnerships where children and families feel included, heard, and appreciated in all services, plans, activities, and community projects.
  2. Unified Support
Create a unified support system that makes it easy for children and families to access services, build connections within the community, and feel appreciated, listened to, and supported in all areas of their lives.
