We are planning a number of events in the lead up to R U OK? Day on Thursday 8 September, to help you support those around you that might be struggling with their mental health.

In partnership with Macedon Ranges Shire Council, Sunbury Business Association and Sunbury Connected Communities, we invite community members, local businesses and community groups to get involved and share the message.

Presented by Matt Gleeson, an accredited Mental Health First Aid trainer and Community Partnership and Engagement Officer at Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health, this webinar will provide a framework to be able to confidently ask how someone is doing and know what to do next if they are not.
