Peta Jennings

Chief People and Corporate Services Officer

With over 25 years’ experience in the not for profit, for profit and government sectors, Peta brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in people and culture, business services and strategic leadership.  Peta has recently spent time studying and consulting to the not for profit and allied health industry in people and culture, change management and executive coaching, most recently at Lort Smith Animal Hospital.  Prior to this, she worked for the Victorian Government and The Salvation Army.  Peta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and post graduate qualifications in industrial relations/human resources and business. Peta is also currently completing post graduate studies in psychology, with a thesis on workplace social bullying and the strategies organisations put in place to combat it.
