About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our fun and friendly People Culture & Capability team.

Reporting into the Manager People Culture & Capability, your role will be responsible for administering our organisation’s payroll systems and auditing processes.  Duties may include but are not limited to payroll processing and auditing, system set up and maintenance, system review and improvement recommendations, superannuation, back pay calculations, regular and adhoc report generation. You will have an eye for detail and proven results in producing accurate and timely work.

About you:

We are seeking someone who is experienced in payroll, with extensive experience in interpreting multiple enterprise agreements (previous experience in community health would be a bonus) and a strong customer service ethic.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake and maintain a National Criminal History Check (NCHC), an NDIS Safety Screening check and hold a current valid Working With Children Check.  As a healthcare provider, all our staff will need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 or have a medical exemption by an authorised medical practitioner.
