Planning for life after school can seem daunting, especially when you have a disability.  The options may appear slim and limited to special programs, however with preparation and planning it is possible for young people with a disability to thrive after school.  An introductory webinar being held by Belonging Matters in conjunction with Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health, aims to assist carers, family members, friends or teachers of students with an intellectual disability or autism to understand the options available for an inclusive life after school.

The webinar, which takes place next Friday 23 April 2021 between 10am and 12.30pm, will share stories of people with a disability who have pursued inclusive pathways after school including employment and will look at the importance of harnessing gifts, interest, passions and strengths as well as creating clear goals and a vision for the future.
