Home Care Package Information Sessions

If you are looking for a Home Care Package provider, join us for one of two information sessions this month.  You will have the opportunity to learn about the  Government’s Home Care Package program, meet the team, and find out how we can help you to remain living comfortably at home as you get older.

We are an approved Home Care Package provider and a not-for-profit community health organisation with over 40 years’ experience delivering health and wellbeing services to Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges.  Our Home Care Package staff are based at our offices in Sunbury and Kyneton and we pride ourselves on our local knowledge and connections, and our commitment to helping you design a care plan that is suited to your goals, your needs and your lifestyle.

How to Apply for a Home Care Package

A Home Care Package is a program of the Australian Government that provides money to buy services for eligible older people to live well and safely at home and in the community.  With a Home Care Package, you have choice over what services you get, where and when you get them and who you get them from.
