Supporting the Voice
We have joined the Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO) and over 50 Victorian and national health organisations to sign a statement of support for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice to Parliament.
Voting Yes to the Voice is a chance to support better health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
In a survey of 1600 health workers across Victoria, 80% believed that health and wellbeing outcomes would be improved if Aboriginal people had more involvement in developing health policy. You can read more about the survey on the VACCHO website.
