Free mental health and wellbeing support available
‘Partners in Wellbeing‘ is a new free service funded by the Victorian Department of Health, offering one-on-one support for your mental health and wellbeing. Delivered by specialist mental health services, support is available by telephone and video for people aged 16 and over who are experiencing increased life stressors or signs of anxiety or depression as a result of the psychological, economic and social effects of COVID-19. No referral is need, just contact one of the organisations delivering the service:
