Diabetes Information and Exercise Program

The Don’t Sugar Coat Diabetes program is run by our credentialled diabetes educator and an exercise physiologist, supported by a number of health specialist guest speakers.

The program aims to improve your knowledge of diabetes and the benefits physical activity can have to help you better manage your diabetes or delay complications for as long as possible.  Exercise sessions are delivered in person whilst the information sessions are sent as an online presentation for you to watch at home.
