Dietitian Supermarket Tours
Our dietitan is offering free supermarket tours to help people with their food choices when grocery shopping.
During the tour, you will get tips on healthy eating and on how to read and understand food labels. Our dietitian will share healthy meal ideas and advice on how to shop on a budget and get the most nutrition for your money. You will pick up tips on choosing seasonal produce, understanding use-by dates, and avoiding impulse buys.
The tours, which will have a maximum of five people in each group, are taking place at the new Romsey Coles:
