Changes to communications for patients on the dental waiting list
Dental Health Services Victoria is changing the way patients are contacted and offered care. If you have been waiting for general dental care at Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health, and have become eligible, you may receive a SMS/text message from “VicDental” on your mobile phone. This is not spam.
To accept the offer of dental services you must follow the link in the message to the questionnaire. If you have any questions or need help to fill in the questionnaire call the direct phone number in the SMS/text message. Please do not contact our reception directly as staff will not be able to transfer your call.
