Jasper Peach
Join us for an inspiring afternoon with Jasper Peach, a trans, non-binary and disabled writer, speaker, and parent. Jasper is dedicated to storytelling that dismantles shame and uplifts voices across diverse intersections. Their work has appeared in The Guardian, Meanjin, The Big Issue, on the ABC, SBS and more. With a background in Auslan interpreting, broadcasting and celebrancy, Jasper’s passion for community and communication shines through. Their debut book, You’ll Be a Wonderful Parent (Hardie Grant, 2023), celebrates rainbow families, and their current project, A Thousand Spinning Plates on Fire, explores life at the intersections of identity.

About Birds of a Feather
Organised by our Country LGBTIQA+ Inclusion Program (CLIP), Birds of a Feather lunches are held quarerly in venues across the Macedon Ranges and offer an opportunity for adults who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or intersex to come together in a safe and affirming space, to share stories and feel a sense of belonging.
