We have many different therapies, social and group activities to help people with a disability to reach their goals.
If you or someone you know is living with a disability, we have services to make your day-to-day life easier, support your health and wellbeing and help you join in social and community activities. We offer support that’s flexible to fit your needs, focused on your unique goals and is all about achieving positive outcomes for you.
We provide services in your natural environment, including your home or within your community as well as at one of our centres in Kyneton, Romsey, Sunbury and Woodend.
We also have weekly activity and support groups for adults (18 years and over):
- BoilOver Performance Ensemble – performing arts/theatre group
- New Horizons – evening social and recreational group for young adults
- Supported Activity Groups – we run outings and hold activities at our centre for people of all abilities (Sunbury only)
We have other health services that may not be covered by NDIS funding that you can use.
