Psychological Therapy Services (PTS) and Clinical Care Coordination (CCC)
These services provide focused mental health support for people suffering from diagnosed depression, anxiety or complex trauma. Access to both of these services requires a mental health care plan from a GP. These services are exclusively for low income clients.
Psychological Therapy Services (PTS)
The PTS service is delivered by an accredited mental health clinician (a psychologist or an accredited mental health social worker) and provides support for people experiencing diagnosable mild to moderate mental illness and who would benefit from access to evidence-based psychological interventions. This service aims to promote an integrated, multi-discipline, intervention approach to symptom reduction.
