Psychological Therapy Services (PTS)
PTS provides services for children, young people and adults with mild or moderate mental illness who would benefit from short-term, focused, evidence-based psychological therapy. Sessions are provided by an accredited mental health clinician (psychologist, social worker, mental health nurse or occupational therapist). Having a GP and mental health care plan is beneficial but not essential. This service aims to promote an integrated, multi-discipline, intervention approach to symptom reduction.

Clinical Care Coordination (CCC)
CCC is delivered by an accredited mental health clinician (a psychologist, social worker, mental health nurse, or occupational therapist) and is designed for people with persistent and severe mental illness who require intensive clinical support within a stepped care team approach.
CCC aims to:
- Improve the care coordination and service integration for people living with a severe and persistent mental illness
- Reduce the likelihood of unnecessary hospital admissions and readmissions
- Work in partnership with people in their recovery and during periods when greater clinical support is required
This program does not provide in-depth counselling but facilitates referrals to appropriate support and treatment services.
