Dietitian Support in Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges
Our dietitian service can provide you with advice, support and information on nutrition topics including:
- Managing diabetes
- Heart disease
- Lung disease
- Coeliac disease
- Irritable bowel syndrome (including advice on FODMAPs)
- Crohn’s and colitis
- Weight
- Food allergies
- Malnutrition
- Cancer
- Pre/post bariatric surgery
- Gut problems (such as heartburn, stomach aches, bloating, constipation and diarrhoea)
It can be hard to know what and how much to eat, especially if you want to eat healthier, lose weight or if you have a health condition. Dietitians are food experts who can teach you how to eat to improve your health and wellbeing and manage any conditions you may have.
Who is Our Dietitian Service For?
- Those with diabetes, heart disease or lung conditions
- Children aged 7 years and older on an NDIS plan
- Children and adults with chronic or complex health conditions
- Home Care Package clients
Cost
Talk to us about cost. This will depend on your income, if you have a concession card or if you use this service through a plan like NDIS or a Home Care Package. In many cases, we can provide this service free of charge.
