Dietitian Support in Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges

Our dietitian service can provide you with advice, support and information on nutrition related to topics including:

  • Managing diabetes
  • Heart disease
  • Lung disease
  • High blood pressure and cholesterol
  • Coeliac disease
  • Irritable bowel syndrome (including advice on FODMAPs)
  • Crohn’s and colitis
  • Weight
  • Food allergies
  • Malnutrition
  • Cancer
  • Pre/post bariatric surgery
  • Gut problems (such as heartburn, stomach aches, bloating, constipation and diarrhoea)

It can be hard to know what and how much to eat, especially if you want to eat healthier, lose weight or if you have a health condition.  Dietitians are food experts who can teach you how to eat to improve your health and wellbeing and manage any conditions you may have.

We can help you with positive eating habits that can fit into your life and develop a realistic plan that suits your individual needs.  We can see you one-on-one, as a family or as part of a group.

Who is Our Dietitian Service For?
